    Marketing Manager

    Description

    • The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all business units.
    • The role oversees digital marketing, brand management, campaigns, market research, and customer insights while ensuring consistent brand messaging and effective coordination with sales, operations, and product teams.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
    • Prepare annual/quarterly marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.

    Brand & Content Management:

    • Strengthen and maintain brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
    • Oversee creation of marketing content, promotional materials, and product campaigns.
    • Manage social media presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.

    Customer & Market Insights:

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
    • Recommend improvements to enhance customer acquisition and retention.

    Sales & Revenue Support:

    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.
    • Drive promotional activities to support product launches, seasonal sales, and special events.

    Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    • Supervise and guide the marketing team, vendors, and creative partners.
    • Work with internal departments (Operations, Sales, Logistics, HR, Customer Service) to align marketing with business needs.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media ads, and online engagement.
    • Monitor analytics and ensure optimal performance of digital channels.
