Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager.
• The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives and ensuring that the marketing strategy aligns with the overall business goals.
• The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for leading creative and tactical marketing efforts, developing and implementing demand generation campaigns, managing digital marketing channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• The role is based in Lagos, but some work from home is acceptable to accommodate flexibility in the schedule.

Qualifications

• Digital Marketing and Advertising skills
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Experience in managing digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO)
• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with A/B testing and market research
• Experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
