Implementing new marketing plans and advertising.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing teams to meet marketing objectives.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
Preparing market forecast report and submitting it to management for inputs and necessary implementation
Maintaining an accurate records of past campaign result to determine the most effective marketing approach.
Analyzing market trend, marketing matrix as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve marketing effort.
Working out details of additional requirements as well as improvements of the facilities to achieve high production and planned production.
Supervising and managing the marketing operations on daily basis, reviewing daily actual sales, and deciding corrective actions to ensure achievement of daily sales target.
Ensure accountability in the quest to meet up with organization’s business sales and revenue targets.
Develop a realistic number of contact points, emails, calls, or meetings needed to achieve the sales and revenue targets.
Ensuring maintenance of daily market information, records and reports on all farm produce including but not limited to livestock, fish and aquaculture, poultry, fruits and vegetables inventory. etc.
Working out manpower requirements with skill requirements and experience to meet sales and marketing targets as per the annual plan.
