    Marketing Manager

    Planning and implementing marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and product lines, existing or under development.
    • Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.
    • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
    • Organizes marketing activities and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business.
    • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
    • Development and implementation of the Brand strategy: Corporate and product.
    • Overseeing and executes implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
    • Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
    • Coaches, develops and manage staff performance.
    • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
    • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
    • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
    • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
    • Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
    • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
    • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
    • Managing and coordinating sales, marketing and creative staff.

    REQUIREMENTS;

    • BSc/MSc in marketing, business administration, or related field.
    • 5 years’ experience in marketing or sales in FCMG.
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    • Experience in management.
    • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
    • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
