JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve. 

• Engage in solving real-life business challenges and participate in daily operations, meetings, and projects. 
• Learn and observe from experienced staff members, gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes. 
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, and events.
• Complete assigned tasks, prepare documents, update records, and fulfill requirements and goals set for the traineeship. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess minimum of BSc / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field. 
• Good written and oral communication skills. 
• Age range: 19-25 years 
• 0-1 year of work experience, with completion of NYSC 
• Strong practical intelligence and problem-solving skills 
• Willingness to learn and share ideas 
• Street smart
