    Marketing Lead

    Main Functions

    • Lead all aspects of executing online and offline performance-based marketing strategies to continuously generate Customer and Partner leads across all platforms.
    • Lead the development of companywide content and social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement.
    • Lead all companywide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Related Initiatives across all platforms.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Ensure top organic search ranking positions (SEO) across all platforms.
    • Create, Manage, regularly review, and optimise Ad campaigns (SEM) across all platforms.
    • Develop, manage, and optimise marketing campaigns (Email, Newsletters, drip campaigns, loyalty campaigns, etc.) and marketing automation strategy.
    • Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns.
    • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Mobile, Blog) and recommend optimisation action plans.
    •  Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.
    • Mentor and provide training to all staff throughout the organization on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content across all platforms.
    • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
    • Collaborate with designers and external influencers and industry experts to build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned assets and consistent with our marketing strategies (including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars, infographics, etc.).
    • Ensure that all content across all platforms is compliant with copyright and data protection laws.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Experience / Qualifications

    • A Degree in the Marketing or other relevant field.
    • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a similar role.

    Competencies / Skills:

    • Proficient in spoken and written English
    • Exceptional Creativity and Innovation
    • Excellent copywriting skills
    • Google Ads Search and Display certified.
    • Social Media Marketing Certified
    • Google Tag Manager Experience
    • Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent graphic and Video design skills
    • Proficiency in Marketing Automation Platforms, Microsoft Office Suites, and CRM.
