Marketing Intern at Arwana

We are a recruitment company that helps organisations hire exceptional talent in marketing, admin and creative.

To support our marketing efforts, we are seeking a Marketing Intern who will assist our team with social media management, content creation, and research. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and eager to learn, but also possesses a strong ability to take initiative and think outside the box. You will have access to all the tools and guidance necessary to learn and excel in this role, but success will require a strong work ethic, and a willingness to go learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Write engaging articles and blog posts for our website and other platforms.
• Help create content for social media pages
• Assist in creating and running marketing campaigns.
• Use Canva to make simple designs for social media and marketing materials.
• Work with the team on any marketing-related tasks.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have 3 months to 1 year of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field.
• Must be Lagos-based.
• Must be able to work FULL-TIME, 9AM 5:30PM, Mondays Fridays.
• Must have a working laptop and the facilities to work remotely.
• Beginner level proficiency in Canva for design work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
