Marketing Executive at Tribest Coporate Support Ltd

Job Purpose:

• We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Executives to represent our lifestyle center and actively promote its retail, dining, entertainment, and event offerings. This role focuses on engaging the local community, driving foot traffic, and enhancing brand visibility through direct outreach and partnership development.
• The ideal candidate should be outgoing, results-driven, and well-versed in experiential marketing, community relations, and retail promotions.

Job description

Community Outreach & Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and influencers to promote the center and its tenants.
• Represent the lifestyle center at local events, expos, and networking gatherings to increase brand presence.

Promotional Campaigns

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Distribute promotional materials (flyers, coupons, event invitations) to target audiences.

Tenant Support

• Collaborate with tenants to support their in-store promotions and events through marketing efforts.
• Gather feedback from tenants regarding traffic trends and promotional needs.

Event Marketing

• Promote center-led events in the community to maximize attendance.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events (set-up, attendee engagement, post-event follow-up).

Content Contribution

• Provide photos, video clips, and testimonials from community engagements to support digital marketing and social media.
• Identify and suggest community stories or brand moments worth sharing.

Reporting & Feedback

• Track outreach activities, performance metrics, and provide regular updates to the marketing team.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest ways to differentiate and innovate.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in external marketing, brand ambassador roles, field marketing, or community outreach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing trends.
• Passion for retail, lifestyle, and customer engagement.
• Must know how drive with a valid drivers’ license.
