    Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company’s car hire and security services by developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
    • The role involves market research, client engagement, campaign execution, brand promotion, and generating leads to support business growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Marketing Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote car hire and security services.
    • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
    • Assist in setting marketing goals aligned with business objectives.

    Brand Awareness & Promotion:

    • Manage the company's social media platforms and website to improve online visibility.
    • Create promotional content including flyers, adverts, email campaigns, and newsletters.
    • Organize marketing campaigns, product demos, and promotional events.

    Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation:

    • Conduct cold calls, client visits, and online outreach to generate leads.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
    • Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.

    Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
    • Analyze competitors’ offerings and suggest ways to differentiate the brand.

    Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business deals.
    • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
    • Track marketing campaign performance and provide reports.

    Coordination & Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the operations team to understand service capabilities.
    • Coordinate with the security and fleet departments to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback from clients to help improve services.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in service-based industries.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of the car rental or security service industry is an advantage.
