Role Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive Officer with excellent communication and strategy development skills to help create new business opportunities and increase brand awareness for BOCTRUST MICROFINANCE BANK.
• As a Marketing Executive Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the marketing budget, managing advertising and promotional activities, and building long-lasting relationships with customers.
• This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Lagos but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years experience in marketing, preferably in the financial industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with market research and analysis
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and develop new marketing opportunities
• Experience with managing social media accounts and advertising campaigns
• Understanding of marketing analytics tools and metrics for measuring the effectiveness of campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
