    Marketing Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    We seek an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, and maintain a strong market presence for our hotel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, groups, and events.
    •  Build and maintain relationships with key clients, travel agents, and industry partners.
    • Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client meetings.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements

    Marketing:

    • Create and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (revenue, operations) to ensure alignment.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
    • Manage social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

    Revenue Management:

    • Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and inventory.
    • Analyze sales data, occupancy, and revenue reports.
    • Develop and implement revenue-enhancing initiatives.

    Administrative:

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis.
    • Manage sales team performance, training, and development.
    • Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
    • 3+ years sales and marketing experience in the hotel industry.
    • Proven track record of sales growth and revenue achievement.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of revenue management principles.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Adobe, Google Analytics).

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

    Experience:

    • Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
