    Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of our fragrance brand through innovative marketing campaigns, digital engagement, and brand activation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales performance across online and offline channels.
    • The successful candidate should have a passion for beauty and lifestyle brands, excellent communication skills, and experience managing marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Brand Management & Strategy:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
    • Increase brand awareness and strengthen the company's market positioning.
    • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

    Digital Marketing & Social Media:

    • Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
    • Develop and execute content calendars and engagement campaigns.
    • Create compelling content, including captions, videos, and promotional materials.
    • Manage paid digital advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
    • Monitor digital analytics and prepare performance reports.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
    • Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvement strategies.
    • Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of activities.

    Product Marketing:

    • Support the launch of new fragrances and product collections.
    • Develop product marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective product positioning strategies.
    • Ensure proper product visibility across retail and online platforms.

    Influencer & Partnership Management:

    • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and media partners.
    • Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations.
    • Build partnerships that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and collaborations.

    Events & Brand Activations:

    • Plan and execute product launches, pop-up events, and promotional activations.
    • Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
    • Manage vendors, agencies, and event logistics.
    • Ensure successful execution of experiential marketing initiatives.

    Market Research & Consumer Insights:

    • Conduct market research and customer surveys.
    • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
    • Analyze customer behavior and provide insights for business decisions.
    • Recommend strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

    Reporting & Budget Management:

    • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
    • Monitor and manage marketing budgets effectively.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations.
    • Ensure all marketing activities deliver measurable business results.
