    Marketing & Communication Officer

    Job Purpose

    • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team.
    • They will play a crucial role in promoting our institution and attracting prospective students from around the world.

    Overview

    • The Marketing & Communications Officer is responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns to expand the school's reach and potential customer pipeline.

    Relationship

    • The Marketing & Communications Officer will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance the brand image of our International school.
    • You will work closely with the admissions team to develop marketing campaigns, materials, and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
    • Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase student enrollment and enhance the visibility of our International school.
    • Collaborate with the admissions team to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, videos, and website content.
    • Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing techniques to reach and engage with prospective students globally.
    • Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize their impact and return on investment.
    • Conduct market research to identify target markets, analyze competitors, and stay up to date with industry trends.
    • Plan and coordinate promotional events and activities, such as school fairs and open houses, to attract prospective students and their families.
    • Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
    • Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders
    • Be flexible, adaptable to change, and perform all duties related to the general job function as assigned by supervisors. Performs duties in a safe and prudent manner as directed by supervisors.
    • Attends staff meetings, trainings and professional deveopment as required.
    • Demonstrates support for the school system and its vision goals and priorities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven 5-10 years Experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or a related industry.

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
    • Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing systems.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Passion for education and a commitment to promoting the values and vision of our International school.
    • Effective interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication and collaboration with a diverse variety of people and groups.
    • Knowledge of computer network operations, Microsoft OfficePrograms: Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, or other comparable or similar software.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
    • Abilty to meet deadlines, assign tasks, and meet established goals and objectives.
    • Customer service oriented
    • Good general health, clean in attire and professional in appearance.
    • Ability to be punctual and maintain regular attendance.
