Job Description
Entry Level Professional / Coordinator Role providing support to a department:

• Executes defined processes and procedures to achieve operational targets or service standards key to business delivery – tasked with continuous improvement.
• Provides support with direct supervision, to defined aspects of marketing activities, processes and projects.
• Operates in and supports activities within the designated functional area.
• Supports the implementation of marketing activities, processes and projects in the relevant stakeholder community.
• Provides professional support to designated groups within the marketing community.
• Provides support to the Marketing organization – digital, BTL executions, etc.
• Manage external agency/supplier relationship & internal stakeholders
• Comply/follow Arla’s code of conduct and operational guidelines
• Performs other tasks as required within the M&I function.

Requirements

• Education at Bachelor's level
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a relevant functional discipline.

Functional competencies:

• Good use of MS Excel & Power point
• Good Communication Skills
• Must have completed NYSC
