    Marketing and Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to develop effective sales and marketing plans. The Manager will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business development and build relationships with key customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
    • Create marketing plans and campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and PR.
    • Manage the company's website, social media presence, and other marketing channels to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships with key customers.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to adjust marketing and sales plans as needed.
    • Manage the marketing and sales budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing and sales performance and key metrics.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies.
    • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
    • Experience in the B2B
