Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain target audiences.
• Identify, engage, and onboard potential clients for loan products.
• Actively promote the company’s services to individuals, groups, and businesses.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and marketing targets while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience in sales/marketing within the financial services sector (loans, investments, microfinance, insurance, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of and/or access to corporate organizations and markets in Lagos.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is an added advantage.
