Description 

• We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven, and street-smart Marketers to support the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, increasing sales, and expanding brand visibility. The ideal candidates will be energetic, persuasive, and capable of working in the field, showrooms, or online as needed. This is a growth support role with a clear path toward sales incentives and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
• Engage with dealers, construction sites, project managers, and retailers to introduce Bluenix products.
• Distribute marketing materials like flyers, banners, sample packs, and brochures.
• Collect leads, follow up on sales prospects, and support conversion activities.
• Support social media content generation, customer feedback collection, and campaign execution.
• Conduct product demonstrations, market surveys, and customer outreach as required.
• Represent the brand positively during community engagement events, exhibitions, and open market promotions.

Location Requirement:

• Must reside within or around Dei-Dei, Kubwa, Dutse, Zuba, or other easily commutable areas in Bwari or AMAC.
• Candidates must be available for field assignments, market visits, and showroom support as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of OND/NCE or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
• 1–3 years experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional roles (paint or building materials preferred).
• Must be conversant with Abuja markets and customer behavior.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and customer service practices.

Reporting Line:

• Reports to the Marketing Manager
• Collaborates with Sales Officers, Showroom Staff, and Admin Support

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N80,000 per month.
