Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and driven Marketer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers who require regular international delivery services.
• Target clients include tailors, dry food sellers, retailers, and small business owners engaged in cross-border trade.
• This position is performance-driven and offers a base salary plus commission on successful customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers who require regular import/export services.
• Visit markets, shops, small business owners, and individuals to promote the company’s services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Educate clients on pricing, logistics processes, and delivery timelines.
• Collect feedback and provide market insights to help improve service delivery.
• Meet or exceed monthly customer acquisition and performance targets.
• Report daily and weekly marketing activities to the management team.
• Participate in monthly performance reviews and planning meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
• Familiar with local business environments and able to identify prospects such as tailors, dry food sellers, and online merchants.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Benefits / Salary

• N50,000 - N80,000 / month.
