Major Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales
• Market and promote company properties to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct site inspections and property tours
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND degree.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales (Real Estate experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an added advantage.
