Job Description

• Responsible for the marketing and cross-selling of products and services
• Maintain good customer relationship management
• Respond to customers enquires on the activities of the business line
• Act as point of contact for customers
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
• Report and resolve problems and complaints in a timely manner
• Identify new potential customers
• Monitor and report sales performances
• Involves in repayment drive, and collections (Cheque pick up)

Requirements

• Must be very energetic and resilient with a teachable and trainable trace.
• Good knowledge of MS WORD and other system software
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness personality
• A team player with customer’s oriented approach
• Good relationship management
• Pay attention to details
• Good negotiation skills
