Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, result-driven and technically knowledgeable Marketer/Sales Engineer with experience in the elevator industry.
• The ideal candidate should understand elevator products and services, be skilled in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, and have the ability to generate leads, close sales, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and market elevator/lift products and services to clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and sales leads.
• Manage and run digital marketing campaigns using:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn Marketing
  • TikTok Ads
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Email Marketing
• Conduct site visits and client inspections for elevator projects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, builders, consultants, and property developers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide technical explanations of elevator systems to clients.
• Coordinate with the technical/engineering team during project execution.
• Carry out market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain records of clients, leads, and sales activities.
• Attend meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
• Previous experience in elevator/lift sales or engineering is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of elevator systems, installation, and maintenance services.
• Experience in digital marketing and online advertising.
• Must be computer literate.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Candidate should reside in Abuja
• Ability to conduct site surveys, and provide accurate proposals.
• Proven hands on Google ads campaigns for B2B.
