Marketer at PointOne Microfinance Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and business growth.
• Mobilize deposits and market the bank's products and services.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into active customers.
• Meet assigned sales and deposit mobilization targets.
• Conduct market visits and promote the bank's products within assigned locations.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
• Contribute to the achievement of branch and organizational growth objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role.
• HND/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed assigned targets.
• Experience in banking or microfinance is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
