Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s financial products and services
• Source and onboard new customers
• Support loan mobilization and savings growth
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Carry out field marketing and follow-ups
• Submit regular performance and activity reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of a B.Sc. degree
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-oriented with a good understanding of sales
• Prior experience in microfinance or financial services is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
