Marketer at E-Barcs Microfinance Bank Limited

Job Summary:

• The Marketer is responsible for driving the bank’s deposit mobilization, loan acquisition, and customer relationship management efforts. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Mobilize deposits and promote savings products.
• Market the bank’s loan products and drive loan disbursement targets.
• Conduct credit checks and prepare loan documentation in line with policy.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly marketing reports.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and product development.
• Represent the bank in field marketing and community engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer needs.

Performance Indicators:

• Deposit mobilization targets
• Loan acquisition and portfolio quality
• Customer retention rate
• Timeliness and accuracy of reportsmends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Identify potential loan markets and develop referral networks
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• Evidence of completion/ exemption of/from NYSC
• Previous experience in a marketing role with a financial institution is an advantage
