Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s agricultural products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders.
• Visit farms, agro dealers, and field locations to demonstrate products and provide technical support.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Work with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collect feedback from customers to guide product development and improvements.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
• Manage social media, advertising, and other digital marketing activities for product awareness.
• Organize and participate in agricultural exhibitions, field days, and trade fairs.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market updates.
• Provide weekly or monthly marketing reports to supervisors or management.

Requirement

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 2 years of experience.
