Job Description:

• We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Field Marketer to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing on-the-ground marketing activities, fostering relationships with dealerships and customers, and driving vehicle sales through direct promotional efforts. This role demands excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in various field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and participate in field marketing campaigns to promote all our products.
• Distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items, to support sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, sales teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and dealership personnel.
• Analyse field marketing activities to assess their effectiveness and impact on sales.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, setup, and teardown.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify potential leads and facilitate introductions to the sales team.
• Assist in closing sales by providing product information and addressing customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of field marketing activities, expenses, and results.
• Prepare regular reports on the outcomes of field marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving field marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

• HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in field marketing
• Basic understanding of automotive products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
