We are seeking an experienced Market Research and Vendor Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify trending products for our online e-commerce platform and building relationships with reliable vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trending products, consumer behavior, and market gaps.
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to inform product offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and other contractual agreements with vendors.
• Ensure vendors meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless product launches.
• Develop and maintain a database of vendors, including performance metrics and product offerings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize vendor management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in market research, vendor management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of conducting market research and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience with market research tools and software is an added advantage.
