Market Development Lead at NAC-AfCFTA

Job Summary:

The Market Development Lead will be responsible for managing market analysts, strategy consultants and researchers to articulate strategies to grow Nigerian businesses share of selected African markets.    

Skills and Competencies Requirements

• Proven experience in international trade and market entry strategy development
• Demonstrated competency within qualitative and quantitative data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and present complex information and recommendations in an easy to understand manner; excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skill.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a complex, fast paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong willingness to learn, teach and positively contribute in a team environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in day-to-day work with a focus on quality of work, accuracy and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (preferably, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics or Applied Sciences)
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in strategy consulting or a similar role in the industry. Public sector experience will be an added advantage
• A minimum of three (3) experience in decision support or analytical environment
