Marine Operations Manager at Rotawn Energy & Logistics Services Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily vessel and marine operations, ensuring optimal performance and readiness.
• Ensure compliance with ISM Code, ISPS Code, flag state regulations, classification society requirements, and client-specific standards.
• Supervise and provide direction to the Technical Superintendent, HSE Manager, Captains, and Engineers.
• Manage offshore support services, logistics, and coordination of marine assets to meet operational needs.
• Monitor and evaluate crew performance, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards.
• Develop, implement, and review operational procedures to enhance safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present reports on vessel readiness, operational KPIs, and incident/accident statistics to the General Manager.
• Liaise with clients, port authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in marine operations and safety culture.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years.
• Strong knowledge of ISM/ISPS codes, STCW regulations, and offshore support services.
