Marine Coordinator at Vantegral Consulting

Core Responsibilities:

• Support, supervise and assist offshore and onshore management team in operation of the units.  
• Support the Operations Managers in their tasks required for safe  and efficient operations of the FPSOs.
• Contribute to a continuous improvement and development of the Operations department to adapt to our client’s requirements. 
• Support in HSSEQ related matters and building safety culture onshore and offshore
• Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to fulfil actual needs within Operations and to secure effective management and support in a dynamic environment. 

Duties:

• Monitor a safe and efficient operation of the FPSOs. 
• Maintenance and improvement of YMS procedures, documentation, reporting and tools within Operations. Support OIMs, Operation Manager and
• Senior Manager, P & OS in developing, implementing, and maintaining our HSSEQ System for the unit installations in cooperation with the HSSEQ Department. 
• Supporting follow up and close-out of observations/non-conformities given to the FPSO during internal and external audits and inspections, addressing the rectification of actual finding and preventing recurrence.
• Support risk management processes in operations. 
• Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis and reviews when requested. 
• Taking part in Emergency Response Team when required. 
• Support tasks related to HSSEQ rules and regulations in operations.
• Support Crewing in selection, appointment, education, and training of unit’s crew.  
• Providing input to annual budget.
• Supporting Operations on Flag and port state requirements an issues related to compliance and certificates, including Class portals and provide support/guidance to OM and SM P & OS   
• Internal and external audits (in cooperation with Purchasing department)
• Support Company Management Review
• General security oversight & support

Working Experience: 

• Experienced in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry with proven service in the field of Marine
• Support and HSSEQ 
• A sound understanding of risk assessment and safety management systems
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM and ISPS 
• Experience in auditing in the Oil and Gas industry
