Managing Director at YabaTech

Duties
The Managing Director will be:

• Responsible for the day to day business operations, staff management and general administration of the Consult Limited.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plan, effective internal control system, accountability and reporting standards to achieve Yabatech Consult Limited strategic business objectives.
• Expected to show exemplary leadership and capacity to manage human and material resources.
• Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors through the Chairman.

Qualifications and Experience
The prospective applicants must:

• Hold a good Bachelor of Science Degree (at least Second Class Upper Division) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing Economics and Human Resources Management.
• Hold MBA or M.Sc. Degree will be an added advantage.
• Have at least five (5) years post qualification cognate experience, in managerial capacity in any Business Organization plus membership of recognised relevant professional body and be computer literate.
• Be intellectually and professionally sound and knowledgeable in business development and drive for profitability.
• Present evidence of physical and medical fitness (from a Government Hospital).
• Present evidence of professional competence, industry, efficient management of human and material resources.
• Not be less than forty (40) years of age and not more than fifty-five (55) years old.

Terms of Appointment and Condition of Service

• Successful candidate will hold office a tenure of four (4) years effective from date of assumption of duty inclusive of six (6) months' probation.
• The appointment is renewably for maximum period of four (4) years.
• The salary attached to the position is negotiable.
• The salary shall be subject to review as may be approved by the Board of Directors from time to time.
