Job Summary

• Patrickgold Micro Finance Bank is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Managing Director (MD) to lead and drive business growth, enhance profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The MD will be responsible for strategic leadership, revenue growth, financial management, and operational efficiency while fostering strong relationships with regulators, investors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Develop and execute business strategies to increase income and market share.
• Lead expansion initiatives, including new products, digital banking solutions, and fintech integration.
• Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Revenue Growth & Profitability

• Drive customer acquisition, lending, and deposit mobilization strategies.
• Optimize loan portfolio management and risk assessment to ensure profitability.
• Expand revenue streams through innovative financial products.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure full compliance with CBN, NIBSS, NDIC, NFIU, and other regulatory requirements.
• Implement risk management frameworks and internal control measures.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders.

Operational Excellence & Technology Advancement

• Improve efficiency in banking operations and service delivery.
• Drive digital transformation by integrating fintech solutions.
• Lead the adoption of innovative banking technologies to enhance customer experience.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the banking/financial sector, with at least 5 years in executive leadership.
• Strong knowledge of microfinance banking, fintech, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong relationships within the banking industry, regulatory bodies, and investment sector.
