The managing director will manage and advance the company’s strategic objectives and drive the company's strategic vision and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
• Provide market insights and strategic advice.
• Establish company policies and guidelines.
• Implement effective product selection, pricing, distribution, inventory and promotional policies.
• Plan and implement cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Develop and implement business plans to improve cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relations with business partners, OEMs, shareholders, and authorities.
• Oversee the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
• Ensure performance appraisal, training and professional development activities.
• Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.
• Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations.
• Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.
• Further develop and enhance company culture.
• Prepare and present reports for board meetings.
• Ensure a positive working environment.
• Build long-term relationships across the industry.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Master (e.g. MBA) preferred.
• Extensive experience as a managing director or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in the mobile retail industry will be an advantage.
• In depth knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
