Job Profile

• To be responsible for the bank-wide business strategy, ensure that OOUMFB achieves its financial vision, mission and long-term goals in order to ensure continuous growth and profitability.
• To be responsible to the Board of Directors and Shareholders for day to day management of the medium to long-term strategic, tactical and operational activities of the Bank to ensure its development and growth of the finance business of OOUMFB.

Qualifications
The Candidate must:

• Possess a good First Degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related fields from a recognized institution and additional professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, ACIB, MCIB or equivalent.
• Have, at least, fifteen years working experience in the banking industry, ten of which must have been spent at Management Level.
• Experience in Microfinance Bank will be an added advantage.
• Be computer literate.
• Be between the ages of 40 and 50 years.
• Be knowledgeable about the structure of a Microfinance Banking and the financial regulations involved.
• Evidence of the possession of the MCIB
• Possession of MBA or M.Sc. will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
The remuneration package is attractive and negotiable depending on the qualification(s) and experience.
