• Manage store in all areas of daily business operations, customer service and merchandising.
• Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.

• Assisting with the development of new sales and recruitment strategies.
• Ensuring the store environment complies with health and safety regulations.

• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any discipline
• 2 years relevant work experience in a supermarket.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Flexible work hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proactive and enthusiastic.
