• Lead and oversee the development, customization, and delivery of data security and network solutions that meet the specific needs of clients.
• Coordinate with pre-sales teams to conduct technical assessments, evaluate client needs, and develop high-level architecture for proposed solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, solution architects, and technical consultants to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous skill development.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Mitigate risks related to security breaches, network downtime, and compliance failures by implementing best practices and proactive monitoring.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring that expectations are well managed and solutions are aligned with client objectives.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in data security and networking technologies and drive continuous improvement Initiative..

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Additional business-related education or certifications (e.g., IT Service Management, Project Management) are advantageous.
• 7+ years of experience in solution delivery within the technology solutions industry, with a focus on data security and network solutions.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role, managing teams of engineers, consultants, or analysts.
• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity solutions, network infrastructure design, an threat mitigation in business environments.
• Hands-on experience working with enterprise-level clients across various industries.* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internet work Expert (CCIE) for network specialization.
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or GIAC Security Certifications (e.g., GSEC) for advanced cybersecurity knowledge.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Expertise in network architecture (LAN, WAN, VPNs, cloud networking) and firewall management.
• Strong understanding of encryption protocols, identity and access management (IAM), intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and disaster recovery planning.
