    Manager Providers Relations

    WHAT YOU WILL OWN

    • Provider acquisition and onboarding. Identify, prioritize, and sign providers toward the Year 1 facility base target. Lead contracting, tiering, and credentialing, and ensure every new provider is fully onboarded, tariffs loaded, platform access activated, and expectations set before they see a member.
    • Provider experience. Develop and run processes that make working with Mitera simple and positive for providers, measured through feedback surveys. Identify and fix pain points in the provider journey while ensuring compliance with NHIA and other applicable regulations in every engagement.
    • Network performance. Use data and analytics to track provider network performance, spot risks, and identify areas for improvement. Own and maintain dashboards that set clear targets for acquisition, onboarding, and provider quality, and allow progress to be measured.
    • Member experience at providers. Design strategies to improve how Mitera members are treated when they visit providers. Work with providers to reduce wait times and raise the quality of care, and design incentives that reward providers who consistently deliver timely, high-quality service.
    • Cross-functional collaboration. Partner with Claims, Payments, and Quality Assurance to ensure provider-facing processes are smooth and aligned. Ensure provider onboarding and contracting decisions to support efficient claims handling, cost control, and quality care. Own escalations, working across teams to resolve immediate issues and prevent recurrence.
    • Team leadership. Recruit, manage, and develop the provider acquisition and relationship management team to deliver strong results as the network scales. Use data to guide team performance on acquisition pace, provider quality, and member satisfaction, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
