Manager, Property/Facility Management at Shelter Nest Realty

The Property and Facility Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of properties and facilities within the firm portfolio. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. The manager will develop and implement strategies for property enhancement, cost management, and tenant satisfaction.

Requirement:

1. Minimum of 5 years Experience with proven track record.
2. HND, B.Sc, B.A, B.Tech in Estate Management
3. Expertise in property and facility management position.
4. Communication and negotiation skills.
5. Real estate management skills.
6. Good knowledge of Lagos road.
7. Ability to drive with valid driver license.
