Job Details

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and supply chain effectiveness.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Identify and establish relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements to minimize costs and mitigate risks.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead and mentor the operations and supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Prepare and present reports on operational and supply chain performance to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in operations and supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and operational best practices.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and driving efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in operations and supply chain management software and tools.
