Manager, Investor Relations at Flutterwave

The Role: 

• We are seeking an experienced Manager, Investor Relations to join the Strategy, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations team. 
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial and data analysis.
• As the Manager, Investor Relations, you will work cross-functionally and collaborate closely with internal teams to gather, analyze, and present financial insights that contribute to the company's strategy.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Financial & Data Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to generate comprehensive investor reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models and valuation analyses to support investor communication and decision-making processes.
• Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as the key liaison with Finance, Data, Product, and Commercial teams to gather and analyze relevant data and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key messaging in all materials.

IR Strategic Initiatives:

• Provide support for all new initiatives and projects related to the Investor Relations function.
• Assist in the implementation of strategies to enhance investor communication and engagement.

Required competency and skill set to be a waver:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience with proven expertise in Financial Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and rest of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Efficient multi-tasker and ability to work & deliver under pressure.
• Excellent client management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating and presenting reports to executive management.
• Passion and alignment in Flutterwave’s mission and vision.
