    Manager, Engineering Sales (Female)

    Our Client, A Major Player in The Engineering Sector Is Looking to Hire an Innovative and Highly Analytical Female Professional for The Position of Engineering Sales Manager. You Are to Lead a Team of Sales Engineers to Plan and Achieve Sales Objective as Well as Serve as The Face of The Organization to Its New and Existing Clients.

    Job Description

    • Conduct Market Survey and Identify New Business Opportunities.
    • Have A Thorough Understanding of Products and Services, While Initiating New Sales Strategy to Improve Businesses.
    • Source For New Prospects While Maintaining Existing Customers, Developing New Sales Areas and Improve the Customer Experience.
    • Leading The Team and Putting into Action Strategic Plan That Is Customer Centric and Business Development Oriented.
    • Builds Relationship with New and Existing Customers.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • B.Sc. In Any Engineering Field - Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Etc.
    • Minimum of 5 Years’ Working Experience
    • Sound Knowledge of Engineering Operations.
    • Knowledge And Experience in Sales and Marketing
    • Must Have a Good Customer Relationships Management and Client Engagement Skill.
    • Must Be Proficient in The Use of Computer Tools - Ms-Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc
