    Manager, Corporate Financing

    Job Description

    • Raise funds from the money/capital market to provide liquidity for the business.
    • Manage all entities’ cash flow to ensure there is enough liquidity to meet financial obligations and optimize investment opportunities.
    • Identify and assess financial risks such as interest rates risk, foreign exchange risk, and liquidity risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
    • Create periodical reports on’ bank and DFI facility and manage repayment schedules.
    • Work with entity financial controllers to determine funding needs and allocations
    • Support the GH treasury for all banking relationships
    • Manage all credit lines reporting

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) preferred.
    • 5-8 years of proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related financial role.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and valuation methods.
    • Demonstrated experience in structuring and executing financing transactions, including debt and equity offerings.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modelling and analysis.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in finance.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and documentation.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) may be preferred or advantageous.
