Location: Nationwide (Across 16 Locations in Nigeria)

Core Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operations of passengers, buses, trucks, and shipments.
• Tracking and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.
• Implementing digital tools to streamline logistics processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Driving profitability and optimizing the overall performance of the subsidiary.

Requirements:

• BA, BSc, HND
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics or transport operations with a proven track record of digitizing processes.
• Independent, driven, and entrepreneurial young men and women (26 years or younger) who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our business.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software; must be computer savvy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be trained and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
