We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a management trainee.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their leadership and management skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
As a management trainee, you will work closely with the team to gain a deep understanding of the firm's operations, learn the fundamentals of the business, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured rotational program across various departments to gain comprehensive knowledge of the business.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing key projects, ensuring that deliverables are met within the defined timeline and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand different aspects of the business and contribute to team goals.
Engage in continuous learning opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentoring, to develop leadership and management competencies.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, detailing progress, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bsc in Business Administration, Accounting or Marketing with a minimum of Second Class Upper
Fresh Graduates looking to enroll for NYSC in 2025
Final year examination results must be out
NYSC corper, fresh out of camp, posted to Lagos and looking for PPA in Lagos
Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
