Management System Officer at Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATECH)

Candidate Personality:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Management System Officer to join our dynamic team and provide support to our Engineering and Construction department.
• The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Construction Engineer.
• While the Construction Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution, the Management System Officer will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Shall maintain up to date master document register.
• Shall ensure document filing and retention of records.
• Shall maintain departmental registers and ensure they are updated at all times.
• Shall assist with HSE responsibility when called upon.
• Shall ensure the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 at Eket location.
• Shall be responsible for NC, CAR, and Failure management.
• Shall carry out weekly diesel quality checks and report same.
• Shall monitor storage temperature of the Composite store.
• Shall monitor, measure, and analyze Environmental Aspects such as noise and air quality.
• Shall monitor implementation of Significant Environ
• Shall maintain up to date register/log of all reports/certificates issued to client.
• Shall assist in system Monitoring and report findings on a monthly basis.
• Shall ensure timely closeout of audit findings by all processes in Eket location.
• Shall ensure that complete project dossier is retained for all projects.
• Shall report UAUC.
• Shall participate in HSE Meetings
• Shall perform other function as may be assigned.
• Requirements, Qualifications and Skills:
• Graduate of engineering/Science with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in management systems implementation in the Oil and Gas Quality industry Controls.

Relevant Certifications:

• ISO 9001 Implementation/Auditor
• ISO 45001 Implementation/Auditor
• ISO 14001 Implementation/Auditor
