Description 

• Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications.
• Maintain facilities management, handling housekeeping/security staffs, and facilitation of all office functions and services including facility inspections.
• Primary liaison between the company, staff, and office building management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
• Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience.
• Coordinate and participate in company-wide event management activities.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties, including data management.
• Proactively look into the procurement of the office related equipment and build relationships with vendor.
• Assist Manager in performance of any other administrative tasks and suggest actions to build an enabling environment in the company.
• Assist in Site Inspection and BOQ preparation.
