Male Office Administrator at Jeem

Job Description

• We are looking for a Male Office Administrator residing in Isheri Oshun who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the Ecommerce channel (desktop, mobile and app), including inventory management, merchandising, contents publishing, product information, user experience, order fulfillment, shipping methods, payment methods, customer service & housekeeping
• Partner with cross functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Inventory, Customer Service, Logistics to identify opportunities and to drive business and executes new business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining supply inventory and inventory reports.
• Updating sales record, maintaining documents.
• Performing general office duties.
• Supervisory skill and any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in advertising and digital position.
• Candidate must be a Man residing in Isheri Oshun and it immediate environs.
• Computer literate with Proficiency in the use of MS office tools (Word & Excel).
• In-depth knowledge of different social media platforms, website analytics, and best practices.
• Highly creative in work with great analytical skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience as an office administrator or in a related field.
