Description

• To repair and maintain assigned machinery or equipment according to instruction or job order so as to reduce down time of factory operation due to machine malfunction.

Responsibilities

• Inspections: Inspect assigned company machine and equipment according to procedure and work instruction in support of machine efficiency.
• Maintenance: Carries out routine maintenance of machines and equipment according to approved preventive maintenance schedule to prevent machine breakdown.
• Malfunction Diagnosis: Carries out diagnostics of faulty machines according to instruction and work instruction in order to identify the cause of machine malfunction.
• Repairs & strong: Carries out repairs on equipment and machines according to instruction and procedure in order to rectify machine faults.
• Installation: Assists with installation of new equipment or relocation of current equipment according to instruction or job order so as to ensure proper installation.
• Service log: Maintains service logs on all equipment and machinery according to procedure and work instruction to provide service records.
• Safety Equipment & strong: Inspects and services safety equipment according to manufacturer’s specification and government&; regulations to ensure efficiency of such equipment at all times.
