Maintenance Technician at Domeo Resources International (DRI)

Job Summary

• We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the hotel's engineering and maintenance operations.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, generator, and related systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and AC faults.
• Inspect hotel equipment and building systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Conduct routine checks on generators and utility systems.
• Maintain HVAC and air-conditioning equipment.
• Carry out basic plumbing repairs and installations.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report technical issues.
• Support emergency repairs when required.
• Follow all health, safety, and technical procedures.
• Support maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, rooftop bar, kitchen, gym, and conference facilities.

Requirements

• OND/HND/Trade Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, or related field.
• 2–4 years' practical maintenance experience.
• Hotel or commercial building experience is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts and participate in on-call duties.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
