Maintenance Systems Specialist I at Habrams Energy

• We are seeking a Maintenance Systems Specialist I to support maintenance, materials management, procurement coordination, and contract administration activities, ensuring equipment, spare parts, and maintenance services meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support reliable operations in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and interfaces with Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, and Procurement teams.
• Support Field Maintenance Unit personnel and provide guidance on procurement processes.
• Maintain central contract files and support contract administration activities.
• Liaise between Field Units and Procurement to ensure the timely availability of contractors, goods, and services.
• Support contract renewal, award, resolution, and follow-up activities in collaboration with Procurement.
• Support the development of contract scopes based on requirements from Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Support technical pre-qualification and assessment of new contractors and service providers.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to enter, maintain, and extract data in support of site maintenance activities.
• Order materials and replacement parts, maintain inventory records, process transactions, and coordinate invoice and payment activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a closely related position.
• Relevant discipline-specific certification(s) or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) requirements within operations and maintenance environments.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and management.
• Experience working with CMMS platforms, such as SAP or similar maintenance management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly describe field conditions and recommend appropriate remediation steps.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals across functions without direct authority.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
